Pre cooked dry burger, shake instead of malt and thin like melted ice cream. Employee threw my credit card instead of handing it and it fell underneath my car. At least she stopped traffic for me to retrieve it. $12.05 for a burger without lettice, tomatoes & onions and a drink. Gheez

I got a Carmel Chip shake with my mama. The workers we’re sweet and nice, very crowded line but that just means it good! And overall it was. Absolutely love my shake it’s delicious, have almost chugged the whole thing!

I tried to contact the DQ fan relations team but the website wouldn’t come up. The bathrooms were so nasty we went across the street to a gas station. Looking at past reviews this is an ongoing problem with no attempts to correct but only to apologise for. I am confused that local residents have not reported this to the health dept.

Husband ordered a blizzard and before he could eat more than a few bites people were coming in complaining that the ice cream was bad and they were getting sick. One lady was even running to the bathroom right after we walked in. He just threw it away . Food itself seemed ok…. wondering how many people got sick that day off the ice cream….
