I went in to order some ice cream. After standing there a few moment, a young lady finally comes up and tells me the lobby wasn’t open. Yet there were people behind me in the corner eating. I told her that the doors were still open and she rudely just turned around and ignored me. Earlier, a friend went in to get him a soda and after waiting 35 mins he finally walked out because no one served him either. I’ve never had such poor service at this location. Definitely disappointed. Especially since I had 3 kids waiting on Blizzards that there weren’t going to get.

I am very disappointed with this Dairy Queen. We arrive seems ok but then I noticed our cashier seemed a little upset with the elderly couple ahead of us as they couldn’t decide what to get. My turn to order. We had to have them get ice from the back as the machine had none in it no biggie. We got our ice cream n fries. Well no fries. I went up counter asked for fries after about 10 minutes and the man went asked a lady she said she brought them out. Nope sorry none came. So he made big deal but gave us our fries that we paid for!! Then the restrooms were horrible!! I’m just gonna stick to our Dairy Queen’s at home. Thanks but no thanks to KY!!

This place gets one star because I can’t give zero. My order came to me wrong. My fries were on my table partners container and her onion rings we’re in the cup where my fries were supposed to be. I sent my order back and received the same Patty where they wiped the toppings off and put new topping on. The returned food was cold and slimy .the Coke machine ran out of coke and instead of refilling it they just filled my cup from the drive through.

The young girl working the register was very friendly and polite. She acted like she was happy to be there which is more than we see at many fast food restaurants we go to. The food and shakes were as to be expected for fast food. The onion rings tasted good.
