I never write reviews but the customer service at this Dairy Queen was actually unbelievable. When I ordered at the drive through I was immediately told they didn’t have what I tried to ordered when I’ve gotten it multiple times, she was very rude and when I told her I got it before all she said was “okay?” With a very rude tone. I will not be coming back to this Dairy Queen.

I kept having to reorder and refund through doordash because every time I would get my food the tenders had no sauce on them the 1st time and when I got them the 2nd time it was barely drizzled with sauce, my gravy both times was just water with about a teaspoon of gravy in them. The toast was like rubber and everything was cold both times.

Couldn’t wait to get home to share my review. I was in the mood for a DQ Blizzard. After waiting in line for 30 minutes to even order, I ordered a Butterfinger Blizzard. What I received was a melted milkshake consistency that I didn’t need a spoon for. I was charged 8.00 for something that wasn’t worth 8 cents. I told the girl thank you when she handed it to me and got nothing in return but a blank look like she did a favor for me she didn’t want to do. Next time I will go down the road to Sonic for a Blast.

Waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes. I get it they were busy. What I don’t get is why I was handed 2 melted blizzards. Waste of $10. Was not offered new ones and they knew they were melted. Every Dairy Queen flips the blizzard upside down when you get it but obviously they didn’t for ours because it all would’ve spilled out. Ridiculous.

Ordered at the drive through, waited 20 minutes for the 2 cars in front of me to get their food, got to the window and was given the wrong food, gave it back and told them again what we ordered, waited at the window for 15 more minutes to again be given the wrong food and the young man at the window to have an attitude when I again told him they brought us the wrong food. It’s not difficult to make 2 blizzards normally but they managed to screw it up multiple times as then the cups were only 3/4 full.

We ordered biscuits and gravy which was WAY to salty and didn’t even get forks to be able to eat it, had to wait till we got home, then she also forgot to give us our drinks and the hash browns wasn’t the best either, wasn’t a nice experience at all. Honestly was a waste of money.

Ordered breakfast with hash brown . So no salt or pepper on table. I asked for salt and pepper and ketchup. No ketchup! Just my luck they have ran out of ketchup. But I mean I know I have bad luck but why is there there nobody keeping up with inventory on your condiments. Geesh!
