Great food but it seemed as though the restaurant is short staffed. Took around 15 minutes to receive our order. Now the food was hot; no complaints there. When they did come out the employee walked past our vehicle to another that had just pulled in. Miscommunication I’m sure.

I ordered a combo and upsized the combo to a large and a dbl burger. I had to wait for fresh fries. Once I opened the bag to eat, the dbl burger only had pickle and ketchup. I asked for everything no tomato. The combo burger only had bacon and mayo. The large fry was only half full. The meat tasted old. Overall, very bad.

My wife and I had breakfast here on Saturday and l’m gonna tell you that the Mgr. on duty was as accommodating as any one could be…She and one other employee were working this time of day and they were knocking it out of the park..food made to order, hot, and very good…and the price was on point….

We ordered 2 Blizzard’s a small Reese’s cup and a large strawberry shortcake. When we pulled up to the window and paid, they came back to the drive thru window and they hand out the strawberry shortcake blizzard and it turned out to be a medium and then they hand out the Reese’s cup and it too was a medium. We told the employee about the mix up and she said no this is what you ordered, we explained to her that was incorrect and told her again our order and she told her manager what was going on and the manager told us that this is what you paid for, this is what you get. Not wanting to argue we pull off to the parking lot to eat them and when we do the Reese’s cup blizzard had 3 little pieces of Reese’s and the rest was just ice cream with nothing in it so my wife went in and talked to the manager and my wife explained the situation and the manager looked at it and I see a piece.. my wife told her that in a large blizzard you only a piece of Reese’s cup in the whole thing and it’s not mixed up with solid white ice cream on the bottom. Tired of arguing with them she set the blizzard down on the counter and she walked out. Meanwhile I’m in the car and she told me what happened and we left, I didn’t go in because it’s not worth arguing with them. They just lost loyal customers that have been going there for years, their customer service is very poor and to top it off our receipt had our order correct, they were wrong all the way around…

The staff is always friendly, but the store is always dirty. Even with 5 or 6 people working, all the tables are dirty and service is typically slow. Im thinking its a management issue.

Fantastic, the blizzards weren’t so thick you could turn them upside down. I used to work at a DQ when blizzards 1st came out 1984. The fries were good and the burger was hot, fresh. Great DQ
