Staff was kind and welcoming. They work hard and are very busy at lunch hour. I like using the app to place an order and get discounts/deals. Then pickup inside. My only complaint is that the rotisserie bites are $6.99 for a LARGE. however a large is 7-9 pieces of chicken. I attached a photo of my large chicken bites order. So you’re spending about a dollar for each piece of chicken. Not the restaurant’s fault – corporate sets the rules.

Food was cold. The drive thru person had an attitude and acted like she didn’t want to be there. Waited in drive through for 20 minutes. Sat at the drive thru speaker for 7 minutes before our order was taken. When they gave me my food the fries where ice cold. Also I get blizzards quite often and these where the worst blizzards I have ever had in my life. This was terrible. Management needs to get this place back up to par. Currently have food poisoning from here, felt unwell about 1hr after eating here and today is so bad I may end up at the Dr. The young man taking our order was very kind and also brought it to us. I wasn’t thrilled with the place after over hearing a customer ordering a DQ cake through the window how they were talked about from employees all while customers were standing waiting on food could over hear.

Just stood in the lobby several minutes and NONE of the 4 employees at the counter or multiple employees cooking ever even acknowledged Me my wife or son. I feel like the manager even looked at us several times but continued about her day. Very odd but whatever.

Asked for crispy fries with my meal and I got soggy fries, dipped in the grease and pulled up…. No ice were the customer and get it… U have to ask…. No ketchup were u can get… U have to aak….. The cook woman is on her phone texting…. Very Unprofessional and very dirty
