So I ordered my food on the app today at 12:12pm I did not get my food til 12:47pm and then when I got home my food was wack I even took a picture of the toast in my chicken strip basket. I had the same exact trouble the night before And they do absolutely nothing to try to compensate for the wait like no extra food maybe discount your meal nothing. This is absolutely ridiculous if your that under staffed close down for a week til you have a big enough crew. And make the food how it’s suppose to be made.

Went to the drive thru at 8:58 order two ice creams took them 20 mins to make them and they claimed they “forgot them.” Idk what time they close because I thought they didn’t close till 10 but it shouldn’t take that long for ice cream.

Took 35 mins to get two ice creams, then after that they gave us the wrong ice cream. Henderson dairy quis absolutely terrible, they had one girl actually working and 3 more talking . Two blizzards were $10 a small and medium, absolutely ridiculous, price , service completely sucked

I commend the workers, when we went it was very busy, but they did their best to accommodate all patrons. There were a few rude disgruntled bully boomers that were upsetting, but I told the kids working to nevermind the buttheads because I thought they were doing amazing jobs, to keep up the good work.

I went to the drive-thru and although the employee was very personable, the slowness of the restaurant was a little unacceptable. They used to have a window opened for ordering and receiving dairy treats and another window for ordering food products. Now, there is one window opened for all orders. I’m guessing it has something to do with the lack of staff. What can an establishment do if no one is willing to work? The 4-star rating only reflects the speed of service as the line was wrapped around the building.
