Lazy workers. Over cooked (blackened) food, even the pretzels which really takes an effort to burn to the point of being blackened. Soggy buns from being set into whatever liquid is on that workstation. They will still use that bread, putting a dried out burger on it, wrap it up and hand that to the customer. Truly takes horrible people to do something like that, to pass off food that is visibly seen to not be edible to a customer. The restaurant in HWY 27, now that one is worth going to, but not this one. Total waste of money.

Love having breakfast at DQ! Momma and I stopped by late this morning n got great service, hot food, and fresh hot coffee, only 1 complaint….they didn’t ask if i wanted cream or sugar , but i was taking it home to eat anyhow so no worries ! Staff was nice, smiling, and very understandable at the drive thru speaker! Best of all, delicious food!

I live near here and used to eat here a lot. I’ve stopped over the last few years, reasons to follow, but wanted to give another chance before I left my official review. Went back yesterday and they managed 3 out of 4 items completely wrong. (ordered two Cherry Chocolate blizzards, an Oreo sunday, and an unsweetened tea. Got Peppermint Blizzards, a “sunday” that consisted of a cold brownie literally shoved in a cup with ice cream and syrup. No oreo in sight) So here it is.

Staff are quick and often friendly. I love DQ but I think I speak for a majority of somerset KY, the location is terrible. The space where this dairy queen sits and very small and a tight squeeze all the way around. Parking is available but can be limited due to like maybe 10 spaces. As far as I know it is the drive thru only DQ.
