I tend to come here often because the ice cream is decent, staff is fast, good prices, and my pups can get a snack too. However, please tell your customers when you are out of something instead of selling them the item at full price with half of it missing.

It was a quick stop for desert. Husband ordered a chocolate shake, it was unfortunately runny like water. My Peanut Butter Sunday, grossly salty. Second try, shake was so thick now he needed a spoon. Staff member seemed confused, he couldn’t grasp “runny” shake or now I need a spoon. Spending time at the drive thru to explain to a staff member how a shake should be thick, but drinkable from a straw was aggravating. After a year, we tried it again. Food size not worth our hard earned $$$$. Sandwich was adult price, and child size portion. It’s a triple!! Couldn’t get anyone to get us a to go box. Had to serve ourselves. Employee popped a straw in his drink, looked at us then went to the back. Never will we visit again.

My Fiancé worked here, and was treated unfairly. He was a part-time worker and was put on the schedule as FULL-TIME!!! The staff are rude & unfriendly. The chicken I ordered was burnt and disgusting. My blizzard had a tooth AND hair in it!! How gross!!

The entire visit was terrible. A 3rd grader with a lemonade stand could do better. The food was overcooked or spoiled. The service was horrible and the place was dirty. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

In the past we have received friendly service and super good food, but in the past 2 months on 3 different visits we were not able to order ICE CREAM because we were told no one had made it yet, no ICE CREAM at a ICE CREAM place, which is the only reason we go there, very very disappointing.

Since I can’t contact the store (phone is literally off the hook) and the owner just lets his phone ring, I will address my grievances…. here. Almost all the blizzards were VERY liquidity. Also, they completely forgot to give us an entire meal… despite the fact that we paid for it. Great food…. horrendous service. Throw out the whole staff.
