We walked in 4 minutes before they closed and they kindly let us know that we were free to take her time to order but we would have to take our food to go which was fine we didn’t realize they were closing. The girls took a really long time deciding and they were very patient with them. I was freaking out telling them to hurry the f up anyways the place was nice the employees were great I would recommend coming there and I would definitely return we ordered blizzards and banana splits

New Lex In DQ went from and absolutely disgusting place to walk into. At point had unfinished remodel addition. All that is gone. Food is fresh and actually good for a fast food place. Ice creams cakes are good as well as all the other frozen treats.

The food is very good most of the time. I realize the staff are all fairly new but they are unfortunately slow and not very knowledgeable about their own specials. Update, Here we are four years later and staff have not improved at all. I actually believe they are slower. Not only that, but they are disrespectful, including the manager. I won’t be back to this location.

Went through the drive thru around 630. The Blizzards were thinner than a milkshake. The snickerdoodle blizzard was dark brown.. the amount of cinnamon was unbelievable…not edible. Taste lingered for an hour. Staff need to be trained better on blizzards. 3 stars since the male employee that replaced the snickerdoodle did a good job.

At least its clean now but the portions are very small compared to the Dairy Queen in South Zanesville. Theyre skimpy on the ice cream. Also the cheesecake blizzards are brown. It’s like eating a cup of Graham cracker crust….every time.
