Went to this Dairy Queen a couple weeks ago and we went into the dining room to get blizzards to go. We were ignored by the employees as we were waiting to order and then had someone step in front of us. No big deal- they didn’t know we were waiting to order however the employee rudely said to us “did they just cut you in line??” That comment made the other guest very unhappy and made the situation very uncomfortable for all of us.

I love this location! Although it is a little hard to see or get to because it’s in a strip mall. However, they do have a drive-through. It’s just a little tricky, trying to figure out how to get behind the strip mall to find it. For some reason the handful of times I’ve been there

This is the worst DQ around. It seems to be run exclusively by 15 year olds who have no idea what they are doing. The food is typically poorly prepared, orders are often wrong, and we have been shorted on order multiple times. Most recently, I asked the girl at the drive through what was on a sandwich and she replied “I don’t know.” I said it looks in the picture like there is ranch and BBQ she replied “yeah, I don’t know.” So I ordered something else. I ordered the rest of the meal and a couple minutes later she asked me to repeat the order because “people were asking her for stuff and she wasn’t paying attention.” Then she shorted me on food and acted like she was put out by me asking for the food I’d just paid for. All of the food tasted like it had sat under a warmer for days. Stale, soggy, gross. This has been the typical experience the past 3 times we’ve been there. If you want bad food and worse customer service, DQ in Green is for you.

Food is inconsistent. We usually get chicken baskets and half the time the food is just thrown in a bag without any basket. Got one today and the basket did not even have texas toast. Portion sizes of both the chicken and the fries have been getting consistently smaller while the price has recently gone up by about 50 cents. The chicken is usually dry. For $8 you get a few pieces of small dry chicken, and a small handful of fries and if the cook feels like it, you may get some toast with it.

We just bought the absolute best birthday cake I have ever seen! Their cake decorator is absolutely amazing! I gave very vague instructions of what I wanted ( not on purpose, I just wasn’t very picky and gave them creative license to do what they pleased) When we picked it up, we were astounded by how awesome it was!! I highly recommend this location for cakes! Will be ordering another one soon for my youngest child’s birthday!!

The food was adequate and the kids were nice, but there was trash on the table next to us when we came in as well as on the counter by the drink machine and even though three workers walked through the dining area and one even restocked the napkins right next to one of the messes, no one bothered to clean up. I would understand if they were busy but every time I looked over behind the counter I saw anywhere from 2-4 kids standing around doing nothing. I get that fast food jobs are not glamourous or fun, but that’s why you get paid, right?

Usually go through the drive thru. Went inside to get blizzards to go today and found that we will never go back to this dairy queen. Trash cans in the dinning area were overflowing with trash and behind the counter where they prepare the food was disgusting! The Employees looked like they had just rolled out of bed in yesterday’s clothes. No Thank you!
