I’ve never had a problem with this place. The blizzards are always super good. And so are the normal food options. Most recently, my mom and I went by to get blizzards on her birthday, with a side of fries. I got the new strawberry flavor. It was great! I’m a huge strawberry fan, so I would gladly approve. It was nice, cold, and fruity and perfect for summer! And the fries were the best fries I’ve had in a fast food place.

I had went thur the drive thur one afternoon and ordered 2 bacon cheeseburgers combo well I had ordered extra lettuce in a pickle they put extra pickle and no lettuce also I had asked to put the lettuce tomato and onion on the side that wasn’t done either so once I got home and noticed everything was wrong I had called and there was no answer so I had gotten busy feeding my kids and everything I called the next day and this Misty manager told me that she’s not going to give me two free Hamburgers on my word forget the fact that I paid for it already once 70 intended to argue with me about it and told me her policy well how is the customer’s supposed to know their policy if managers don’t tell them I did my part I called in to complain and she still told me she was not giving me free food that I need to stop asking and then hung up on me so I had to call back to ask her name and then she kept saying oh I can’t hear you you’re breaking up you’re breaking up I can’t hear you so finally when I told her I was going to report her she finally told me her name I wasn’t asking for the whole combo to be made for over just my two double cheeseburgers that were wrong I feel I should have that right if I paid for it the first time customer service isn’t what it used to be

Normally I’m tickled pink with this restaurant. Today I ordered my normal but tried the cheesecake Blizzard marvelous but out of fudge. My triple cheeseburger was supposed to have mayonnaise, pickles, onion, lettuce, and tomato…I got a triple cheeseburger with mustard and pickles only, plus my fries were cold.
