My puppy storm got offered her first pup cup when we were sitting outside waiting on our food! She loved it, I think It was the manager that asked us and brought it out to us when we were there! Great customer service!

Only reason i gave 4 star on food was because i ordered a large blizzard with reese’s cup in it. I truly don’t believe they put any in it, well maybe 2 Tbls. I could barely see anything at all a few specks of pb and maybe a few speck of chocolate. Very disappointed this trip!

Picked up a pre-ordered cake for Mother’s day. Instructions said to head to pre-order pickup. There was no such place. Drive thru was backed up into the road. I went inside and got the cake right away. It was very good! White cake and strawberry dragonfruit ice cream.

The management is awful in terms of handling dine in customers. Stood at the counter to order for 10 minutes then it took 15 minutes for 2 small ice creams & a plain burger. No one was friendly, no one smiled. Five to six employees were sitting at a table. So disappointing.
