Just ordered a cheeseburger with EVERYTHING except mustard. My thinking is everything is lettuce, tomato and onion. I got a plain cheeseburger with 2 pickles and ketchup. No napkins or ketchup to go with my fries. Customer service is non existent. If I owned an establishment such as this I would be training my employees a hell of a lot better.

My wife and I went to this location. We got up to the menu to order and were told to hold please. After being put on hold we were then told that we could not order because they were now closed. I have never in my life seen a restaurant turn away business. There were 3 or 4 cars behind us as well. If you have customers waiting you don’t just get to say ” we are closed”. Worst experience of my life from a dairy queen. We were ready to spend money but apparently there is no such thing as customer service anymore. You should not put a customer on hold a 9: 59 and then come on at 10pm on the dot and say you are closed….if customers are still outside business is still open. I have done 14 years in food service and could have NEVER told my customers who had been waiting ” we are closed” ill take my money elsewhere

Horrible! 3 cars ahead of me and I waited for 25 minutes for 1 drink. About 10 cars in the back left the line since it wasn’t moving. Wanted a mister misty slushy, but machine was down. Ended up with a cup 2/3 full of a melted strawberry milkshake even though I ordered a malt. Employee at the window was rude. A total waste of time and $5.50. I won’t go back to this location. I miss the good old days of DQ! Wish we had a Sonic nearby…a large selection of drinks and they are friendly in general.

I’ll never come here again. Being on a motorcycle I had to go inside. I stood at the counter (1st in line) for TEN minutes! No hello, no welcome to DQ, we will be with you in a minute. NOTHING from the 6 employees working!!! All they seemed to care about were the drive-thru customers. I left and came to where I am now, at BREWSTER’S just 10 minutes east on Olio Rd.

We’ve ordered a few ice cream cakes through this store and they do a phenomenal job every time. We just had our daughter and gave the store a general idea of what we wanted – we were beyond thrilled that this was the final product they came up with.
