Ordered 2 meals. Chicken tender basket came with the bare minimum fries, more than likely from the last of a batch when I asked for fresh food. Tenders are also old. Can’t get through the phone line to let them know. Won’t be eating here again.

This is by far the worst dairy queen location I have ever been to. My order was slopped together and incomplete. They never gave me a reciept. When I went to request the part of my order that was left out, they refused to give it to me because I did not have a reciept and attempted to ring me up. The service from the large girl with dyed hair was horrible and she deserves to be fired.

How can you not love a twist cone! Buster bar! And of course a blizzard. We recently had a burger and it had a wonderful grilled taste. It does depend on which store you go too.

I was there yesterday. Placed a mobile order. I got there a little before the actual pick up time which has historically never been an issue. (They were even LESS busy than when I am normally there). The lady was rude and snappy on the speaker. Then I got to the window and she literally threw the order at me and yelled at me telling me next time she wouldn’t make the order until the pick up time.

Shy and quiet kids walked in to get ice cream because it was open, then ushered out and yelled at by raging full grown adult employee that the dining room was closed. When we tried to order in the drive through, we were ignored. We had to go to a different Dairy Queen just to be served. This is an example of bad customer service. Shame on these workers who have no self control and yelled at kids who were just trying to get ice cream after a hard afternoon of practice.

If there are more than 3 or 4 cars in the drive-thru, go inside or somewhere else! I was in line for over 20 minutes for a Blizzard! Once in the drive-thru lane you can’t get out! You are stuck there for as long as it takes! I won’t do that again! The outside menu was not lit and you could not read much on the menu. Service was awful and I would have given them a zero rating if it would have been possible. I won’t be back!

Came to this location on Thursday after having dinner at home. Wanted my family to have a good blizzard together as a dessert and we got there at 8:00 pm and they had the doors locked and it didn’t close for another hour and had no sign on the door stating they were closed. The door actually said open for dine in. I’m a huge fan of DQ. My kids and I were disappointed. I even called the store from outside and they didn’t answer their phone.

First time in long time I received a great Strawberry Shake. The coney dog was good, funny how when told everything on it, you get ask you want mustard and ketchup, pickle relish, onion. Um duh that’s what everything means….

I have been on a diet I am one of the things I’m allowed to have is the Dairy Queen dilly bar sugar-free and when I buy it it normally comes without broken or mash dilly bars. The last four boxes my husband has bought me has broken or fractured dilly bars and I am very tired of paying $11 a box when they won’t answer the phone so you can tell them about the problem please get this fixed because people are getting tired of paying good money for products that aren’t properly given to you at the window we shouldn’t have to find this in a box that are damaged goods, three are good the others are damaged. This has never happened to me before guess I’m gonna have to have them open up the box and check it before they bring it home, if it doesn’t change.
