It is 7:38 and for some reason the front door is locked. Someone inside gestures that it’s drive through only. The drive thru had one car in line and they were finishing their order when I came to the pickup wIndow to try to place an order. Am told by the drive thru guy that they’re drive thru only. Then he closed the window in my face. Couldn’t believe it. Wanted me, a pedestrian, to go through the drive thru when i was already literally talking to the guy who would be taking my order. Had been looking forward to a s’mores blizzard! So rude.

Even though they usually have what I want, there are times you’ll order something generic like a swirl cone and they’ll say they’re out of chocolate ice cream. Not too big of a deal as they usually have something else I can live with. The main part you’ll notice is the waiting in the drive thru. Pretty sure we haven’t been here and left in under 10 minutes. Even with just 2 cars in front of us. Decent, but not the place to go to if you want quick service.

Dining room door is locked (7pm Wed. 06/21/23). Drove around to the drive thru window. Mr. ÷=” says I must do the kiosk to order… No one in site… Ask for a face to face order, Kiosk was the reply. Asked to speak W/manager….. Result was me going elsewhere to spend my cash for food..Ice Cream. I will NEVER RETURN TO THIS STORE.

We went on 5/28/23 at 10:00:12 PM we got everything we ordered except for the 4pc chicken tender meal. When we got home we realized we were missing the 4pc chicken meal. We went back and it was closed. Today 5/29/23 we went back to either get our money back or the meal we were missing. The manager on site was very rude, and racist. He said he can’t give us either the meal nor the money back because he needs to confirm with the Night Shift “female” manager is that is true or not. He was very dismissive and rude.

This place literally gave me two special order blizzards with “No” toppings even though I paid for “Special” toppings. To be sooo trifling is disgusting. The drive thru employees are pretty snippy most of the times I’ve been thru. I do delivery sometimes for DoorDash, and was told one time that I couldn’t y place a personal order because I was also picking up for DoorDash… My DoorDash supervisor doesn’t have a problem with it, so…..?

Was at drive thru 9pm Tues night. 2 vehicles ahead of me although I was able to pull right up to speaker and order in which I did, a large Butterfinger Blizzard, it took 24 mins from time I ordered to get thru the 2 people ahead of me then to my single blizzard, was a little long. Not that big of a deal typically, my blizzard had a lid on it so I couldn’t actually see the ice cream until I got back to the house I was painting. It wasn’t but half full then it looked like someone tried adding more from a separate batch or something. I not sure but it didn’t have much candy pieces and wasn’t mixed well at all. If it wasn’t close to close I would’ve went back and had a replacement made. . Very disappointed $7.50 for a cup of soft serve with a lil bit of candy sprinkled in, c’mon y’all can do better than that!.
