When I come to Dairy Queen I always order the chicken strip basket. I wanted to try the burger this time because of the reviews saying it was good. I had ordered the bacon deluxe burger. The meat was like cafeteria meat at a school and it was slightly pink inside & tasteless. The bacon was little pieces of hard bits. Never again I would eat a $6 burger worth $3 again. I will stick with the chicken strips when I eat here. Other than that I also ordered a mini NY strawberry cheesecake blizzard it was so good. The cashier Aaron was cool. Good customer service.

This is always a busy place. With that said our order is always fresh. Ice cream is always great. Orders are correct. I’ve never had a problem with something being left out of my bag. That get an A+ just for that!! The staff are friendly. Stop by this location. I hope you love it as much as I do!

After a long day and my grandson wanted to stop for ice cream. The staff was a bunch of young kids and they treated my grandson so SWEET. It was right at 9 and the dinning room was about to close, I felt bad but they insisted we enjoyed the time. Thank you kids for being good in this world. This DQ has it right.

Highly recommend this location. We’ve always had friendly service and the dining room is always clean and quiet. The burgers are amazing, some of the best fast food we’ve had in a while. (It actually looks like the pictures on the menu board!) Happy to have a great DQ nearby!

Arrived home with order to find that it did not contain rotisserie chicken bites but instead a chili cheese dog so returned to restaurant and was informed that it happens a lot because of the container used. should have checked hamburger beforehand as well because it was wrong. So after that mess was looking forward to enjoying blizzards unfortunately they were horrible just runny ice cream!!

I have been patronizing this Dairy Queen for the past 20 years. Even prior to them moving to this new location. Every season since the Cotton Candy option was added to the menu, my granddaughter orders a large vanilla cone with cotton candy sprinkles. Normally I always use the drive-thru and have had superb customer service. This past Tuesday, I went inside and ordered a large vanilla cone with Cotton Candy Sprinkles, a large milkshake, and two Mini Cotton Candy Blizzards. When we received our order, there were regular sprinkles on the cone. I mentioned it to the cashier which happened to be very polite and courteous, she asked the young lady that had made the order to re make it with the Cotton Candy Sprinkles but the young lady looked over her shoulder at me with a look of disgust and in her exact words said “we don’t do that”. I then ask the cashier to get the manager on duty which was Aaron. Aaron looked over at me, and continued to assist in waiting on customers. After a while, Aaron condescendingly asked me if there was a problem, I told him that I had ordered a cone with cotton candy sprinkles and would like my order. He informed me that my request wasn’t on the menu, and that he couldn’t sell anything that wasn’t on the menu. I explained to him that I order this every week and sometimes twice a week and have never had a problem. Aaron then stated that he had been there five years and that they have never sold Cotton Candy Sprinkles on a cone and in his next breath he said that there’s a $.69 up charge for the cotton candy sprinkles. I told him that an up charge wasn’t the problem but now I’m confused, is the Cotton Candy sprinkle cone sold since it’s not on the menu or isn’t it or is there an up charge? As our conversation concluded. I asked him for the rest of our order that had been sitting on the counter, waiting and melting. Aaron handed me the rest of my order and he did not bother to wipe off the ice cream that had melted around the cups. As he walked away, I said I guess I’ll be visiting the Dairy Queen on Tenth in Post Road from now on and Aaron‘s comment was “oh well”.

The best DQ I have been to hands down. The staff was on point and attentive. Seriously I live on the otherside of town but I would take the drive to come back her for the service and quality of food. Thanks guys you rock, keep it up.

The guy at the counter was making fun of me while I waited patiently for my food. He said this dude is in a hurry so come on. I wasn’t in a hurry at all and I’m not sure why he said that. The guy making the food told him to chill out. Once I got my food the fries were cold and the pretzel sticks were hard. Like they were sitting out for a while. I just went on about my way and went to McDonald’s. I love DQ but I won’t be going back to this one.

I wanted to order 2 medium cones. There was 5 employees. 1 was at drive thru, 1 was at the counter sorting dips, 1 was around the coke machine, 1 was preparing food and 1 came up from the back. I was told the lady at the coke machine could help me when she was done. However she went straight to the drive thru window. I told the employee, I can’t wait forever. He rang up my order. I still had to wait for the lady to fix the cones. There was only 1 car at the drive thru window and no other customers waiting except me.
