We got 2 large blizzards…1 strawberry cheesecake and 1 s’mores…neither had very much stuff in them. There was only 13 pieces of chocolate (maybe not even that much) in my s’mores blizzard and there was (maybe) 5 or 6 pieces of cheesecake with hardly any strawberries at all in the other.

Love this DQ. The owner and the staff are so friendly and willing to do whatever they can to have satisfied customers. It definitely runs like a small family business. My daughter has a very specific request for her hamburger, and even if we don’t visit for a few months, the owner remembers what she wants without even telling him. Makes you feel like it’s personal service and not just another franchise.

I purchased a strawberry Malt. It tasted horrible. It was not like their malts from years ago. It was light in color, not resembling anything strawberry, and it tasted like it was sour. Coincidentally, while there, a construction worker came in who had purchased tea complaining about the tea tasted sour. I didn’t think much about the comment. But after tasting the malt, I thought about her comment on sour tea. Perhaps their lines need cleaning.

The drive through employees at this DQ have the best customer service skills I’ve ever experienced at a DQ. They are always so kind and patient, and remember me when I come back. They go above and beyond in the most courteous and fast manner to make sure their customers have a great experience. I have now become a regular at this location not only because it is on my regular route across town and the ice cream and pup cups are good for “treating yourself”, but also because the customer service is amazing.

The staff and supervisor were very helpful. Being on the edge looking for a last-minute cake after the original person fell through this DQ saved the day! The staff was very helpful and educated about the product I needed but they didn’t have it in stock she placed me on hold I spoke with the supervisor and he was able to help accommodate my needs. I live six minutes close to the DQ on 71st but I drive the extra distance here so I can interact with friendly staff and environment! Thank you for your help and always being friendly!

This location has completely upgraded their staff. Haven’t been in there in over a year because the old staff used to be terrible but now the new staff is fantastic. They actually acknowledge you, and say thank you. I appreciate the turn around. The food was fresh and hot.

I know it was in the middle of a down pour but the lady at the window acted like we was a inconvenience. We want the only ones ordering and basically like threw our food out the window. Also gravy was like water Texas toast was terrible. Over all experience terrible.
