We get ice cream from dairy queen about once a month. Occasionally, I will order a royal blizzard, which is shown on the menu board to have a sauce in the center. And I have never gotten one that is made correctly, with the sauce in it. This last visit, I ordered the peanut butter cup royal blizzard, which is advertised to have a marshmallow center in it, but mine did not. It seems like this is a choice made by the employees to leave it out.

I don’t normally complain about fast food, but there’s a limit… I ordered the rotisserie chicken nugget basket. It was one the most awful food experience. Which says a lot.. I really am not trying to be a Karen, but to pay that much for grissly chicken, soggy flaccid fries, and stale bread, was a bummer, and it was my cheat meal! Please get better quality chicken, fresh bread, and cook it accurately! Thank you for your time.

Who doesn’t love to go to dairy Queen. It is an old-time classic fun thing to do. If you download the app you can get a lot of good coupons. This particular one has a very personable staff and it is a very clean restaurant. We ordered large hot fudge sundaes with chocolate ice cream and pretzels, they were delicious. Have fun and enjoy!

They never make orders right, can’t count how many times we’ve gone in trying to get our blizzards mixed ALL the way through, just to come home & find nothing mixed at the bottom! ♀️ Then today they child at the front literally told my husband “sorry they didn’t make your cone the way you wanted it” & expected him to just accept it?! Oo and can’t forget how the little girl rolled her eyes after asking for a clean spoon since she threw it on the counter after she kept forgetting to give one for the blizzard in the first place. ALL while the manager just sat down playing on her phone, as if no one could see her!?!

Visited this establishment by way of the drive-thru. 6 cars ahead of me and 25 minutes later. I got part of my order at the window and was told it would be a little longer for the rest of my order. Contents of my order : 2 shakes 1 cone 1 chicken strip meal 1 blizzard. This shouldn’t equal a virtual lifetime in the drive-thru.

The people who work there are all out of sorts. They don’t seem like they know what there doing. Ask them a question and they seem lost. I went up there for a box for my leftovers and they didn’t kniw what to give me. They made me wait like 8 minutes and didnt even acknowledge me. Very poor service.

UPDATE: I got the exact auto-generated response that I expected. Blizzards are never mixed, and the wait times are ridiculous. Customer service is just meh. I worked at a DQ for 5 years, so I’m fully aware of how little effort it takes to make the treats correctly. I’d rather drive to Valpo than waste my time and money here again…and I look forward to the generic response from the DQ Fan Relations Team.

Came here last time and had a bad experience but decided to try again to see if this time was different, nope. We ordered a banana split to go and when they handed us the bag, the strawberry was leaking and they gave us the dirty napkins they used to try and clean it up. We only live 5 minutes away from this location and when we got home it looked like this.
