I went today on one of the first really warm days of the year so I knew it would be busy. I placed a fairly large order online. I waited for about 10 minutes to get up to the counter to let the staff know we were there for our order. They said that they were still getting at ready which was no big deal. Another 10 minutes goes by and they handed us all of our ice cream but were still working on the food. After about another 10 minutes they gave us our food which means our ice cream was already starting to melt. I go through our order and notice there was a hot dog missing so I had to get back in line to wait to tell someone. Finally tell a very nice lady she gets her hot dog and now we’re at about 25 minutes that are ice cream has been out and just getting our food which isn’t great because the ice cream is pretty melted. I get all the way home get everybody there order and give my 6-year-old her hamburger. Turns out they messed up that part of the order and gave her some five alarm fire spicy cheeseburger. I didn’t notice it until she came running up to me spitting the food out telling me her tongue was burning. Now I have a 6-year-old without her food because there no way for her to eat that. I ended up giving her my food and I was unable to eat the burger they mistakenly gave her. Bottom line… maybe there’s a better way to go about the “to go” orders or maybe keeping the cold treats cold until the food comes out? It’s just disappointing when you spend $100 (have a large family) for melted ice cream and an incorrect order. I want to reiterate that everyone working was very nice and that is also something that matters a lot.

Friendly staff, but surely did not make up for the burger that obviously was microwaved because the bun was so tough I could not bite through it. If they must give me reheated meat, at least don’t put the buns in the microwave… Also, this did not speed up the service, so cooking a fresh patty, would have cost the same time and money, so Boo to you Dairy Queen in Michigan city.

Ordered a Dirt Pie blizzard, along with 2 other blizzards and food. The Dirt Pie blizzard was rung up as “Mud Fudge”, whatever that is — had a bunch of nuts in it and was horrible. Tried calling twice but no answer. Went back and was told they don’t have the Dirt Pie blizzard any more. Okay, so you give me some random blizzard that isn’t nearly the same? Had to waste my time going back when they don’t even have it anymore and don’t answer their phones.

Slow and uncompromising on information that we as consumers should know before ordering as in they do not cook anything after 8 pm orders are cooked fresh only Wich is great don’t get me wrong however they also don’t tell you that the wait will be long because of this so as we are waiting 20 mins in the drive through everyone is getting orders and we are still sitting there wondering why we do not have our food so you know they where very accommodating when we asked for a refund because of time so now you know what we did not after 8 pm it will be a long wait when ordering food from Dairy Queen have a good day or night
