This location was horribly maintained and operated. The utensil station was missing lids, had exploded ketchup packets and visible soda spills across the entire surface. Most of the tables were disgusting and had food remnants. Our order was mixed with another patron and took quite a bit of sorting out. Very disorganized kitchen staff. When it was finally figured out some of the food wasn’t even warm, like it had been sitting for an extended period of time. Rude staff did not help the situation either. Not worth your time or money at this location.

Shrinkflation? There’s no cookie dough at the bottom of my blizzard and the ice cream is not fully set. So on top of my meal plus blizzard being almost 18$, I can’t enjoy my little treat 🙁

The cashier stood there with her head in her hand hunched over,we stated what we wanted how we wanted it..slowly. Then after we were done she let out a huge *sigh* and said what numbers again? The girl who brought our food to our table was very pleasant, attentive with a smile on her face!

This location is awful. They get a car through the drive through every 15 minutes. It’s ice cream. You put it in a container and hand it out the window. There’s always 10 kids working there. It’s crazy town how slow they are getting it done. When you get to the window it turns out they couldn’t even make a 2 item order correctly. It took several experiences like this for me to write this. Skip this ridiculous experience and get yourself a pint at the family express nest door or get a McFlurry.

Placed a cake order online a week before pickup was needed. I get there and my cake was no where to be found, manager had come out and said to me that i must be at the wrong DQ i said No and showed her the confirmation. She said there are so many cakes back there but none of them are yours. That isnt my problem I had ordered it online with plenty of time in advance for them to just not make it – so they scrambled around and did some sloppy writing on a cake in the back. They comped me a box of dilly bars to make up for it which was a nice gesture. Just be cautious ordering a cake online they may not have your order when you go there and then they will act like it is your fault and not theirs.

This is one of those DQ’s that have burgers and fries and the like. We stopped here because my friend had to take a big poop and the McDonald’s bathroom was so disgusting that he couldn’t use it so we drove over to the DQ because I said hey nobody uses the bathroom at DQ and I was right it was clean and lovely and did the job for what my friend had to do. While we’re waiting, my other friend said well heck we may as well get some ice creams. That was a fantastic idea so he got a soft serve cone, and I got a banana shake. Both were well standard DQ faire, but that means it was really good. The girls working the counter were very friendly and maybe that’s because they didn’t know the horror that was happening in their bathroom. Just kidding. He left it very clean. But overall as far as DQ’s go, this is a really good DQ highly recommend.

We went inside to eat and it took them 30mins to get our food. They said they accidentally gave our food to someone else. Had to ask them again if they were going to get our food. Did not try at all to make the situation better when they finally got our food to us they didn’t so much as say sorry for the wait or the mistake. Terrible service especially when you go inside. There also weren’t many people there but all the tables were dirty maybe text less while working and clean
