Waited over a half for our food that was sitting under the “heat lamps.” The food was cold. Ice cream was melted, and the way the staff spoke to my family was outrageous. I see that you’re short staffed, but this was very unprofessional. I expect that from McDonald’s, not DQ. I didn’t get a free blizzard either after asking since she didn’t serve them upside down.. I mean, it would have gone all over the floor if she had. I will go to another location next time for sure.

I’m beyond annoyed with this dairy queen. Ordered 2 cookie jar blizzards ( Oreo and cookie dough mixed) got home only to fine out they never mixed our blizzards. I had to scrap out the ice cream and mix it myself. I did take pictures and did in fact go back the next day and speak to a manager he did correct the problem and replaced them for me. He’s blanking it on the new people he just hired . Word to the wise if you go to this dairy queen check your blizzards before leaving!!!!!!!
