If you hire 15 year olds, you need to be prepared to train them to have a job. GM is in way over her head and isn’t running the store well. Always out of items and employees aren’t trained. Find a local place or, at least, avoid this DQ and the one on 933.

Grill and chill? More like dud and crud. Service was an absolute dud. There were maybe 7 people on staff, 5 of which were sitting in the dining room hanging out. It took forever to get our order. They delivered half the order to our table and said it’d be another minute before other half came out (keep in mind we all ordered the same food) and when it was ready they forgot to bring it out. Food was crud. All orders were ice cold and not well made. About 11 fries in the meals. Glad we skipped the blizzards. Don’t even know what kind of atrocity that would’ve been.
