Going through the drive though you have to repeat your order a minimum of four times and then they still don’t seem to comprehend what you want. Two people working, instead of working together and filling orders their obviously more concerned with getting out of there, so ones mopping the lobby while the other is manning the drive though and making food. With that said they take every car that comes through the drive through before they start to make the food for the first car that’s been waiting in line.

Ordered a medium vanilla with chocolate dip. The ice cream wasn’t very cold and the dipped chocolate wasn’t hard and very light at the bottom that the ice cream was dripping out already at the bottom when I got it.

This is the second time that I’ve been to this store in particular, a blizzard is saposed to be thick , not soupy . I got the chocolate chip cookie dough blizzard which is vanilla ice cream with cookie dough, not soft served chocolate ice cream with a few peices of cookie dough, y’all are lazy and need to learn how to do your job properly.
