Usually only stop by Diary Queen in the summer, the smores blizzard is my favorite one which is only out during the summer months. They have a variety of options but if you are looking for some top tier ice cream check out Handels! They have so many more flavors to choose from and you are able to mix and match.

While we walked in 30 min before closing and we were able to get our order decently timely. The prep area behind the counter was messy. All the dining room tables were dirty. Looked like a freezer was leaking with water puddling on the floor. However, the onion rings, fries, and blizzards were good.

Waited in drive through line 40 min at 8:25 for an order my daughter ordered through their online app. 2 older employees outside smoking, line didn’t move for 20 min. Then slowly it did but took almost 40 min total for 3 small items that were made sub par. Awful experience and won’t be back to this one again – 5 people inside standing around looking confused at what to do when we pulled up.

This location has the worst service I’ve ever received. I can’t really blame the employees because it seems to me that they are all high school kids. I’ve been here a few times and keep hoping service will be better the next visit but it seems to be consistently bad. Where is an adult manager? Waiting 25mins for 1 burger with only 5 people in the lobby is insane. I hope my review catches someone’s eye because it is really bad at this location.

If I could give zero stars I would. The absolute worst service ever. I show up and there are only three cars in the drive through but decide to go in, so my car does not idle and waste gas. So, I am the only one at the counter. They ignore me for a full 10 minutes. Then after they finally take my order for ice-cream, they ignore my order and continue to work new drive through orders. And BTW they are fully staffed. I finally get my ice-cream 22 minutes after they took my to go order. See the pictures of my receipt and the time on my dash. That is the absolute last time I will go there.

Typically things are good but last night I felt terrible for the girl working with 4 guys on the evening shift. She was the only one who smiled and greeted me. The guys did not smile, did not greet me and did not communicate with her. One kid messed up the way he made a blizzard and the girl was trying to figure it out and the shift leader barked at her “more ice-cream ” and moved on. I felt terrible for her….

i went with a large group of friends and it was pretty fast considering there were at least 8 of us 2 people ahead of us and at least 5 cars in the drive thru got the ice cream in less than 5 minuets and it tasted amazing and also the cashier was hilarious

Worst service ever! I love Dairy Queen I love getting ice cream there. Me and my mom and sister decided to go get ice cream just a little bit before 7:50. We got our ice cream at 8:30 we waited almost and hour. They had 3 workers and were so slow. Never going here again!
