Waited an extremely long time for someone tobtake order in drive thru. Was told there would be a wait on chicken tenders. Waited almost 30 minutes for my food. Had to go in and get it. Girl said she forgot I was out there! Food was cold. Wasn’t going to waste more time having new made!

Everything was great, except my Meal was 1.00 more in Fort Wayne than it was in Bloomington Indiana last week. Also Bloomington had Coke products, Fort Wayne store had Pepsi products. I don’t like Pepsi. Don’t these franchises have to match? I drank water; so I paid for a meal with a beverage and drank water.

The service is very slow for starters! The girl at the window didn’t say a word when she handed me my order. She didn’t even look at me. She just stuck her hand out of the window with my order, while looking the other way, and was completely silent. Then she shut the window and that was it. My daughter got a sundae and there was no lid on it and no napkins. Terrible place!

Friendly employees. Clean environment. Fast service. This is one of the nicer locations in Fort Wayne. Come in grab a bite to eat or a cool treat. They have televisions, catch up on sports or local news.

Our Dairy Queen closes at 930 so we drove out to this location because it says they are open until 10. We sat at the drive through with no response until an employee came to take trash out and yelled “we’re closed sorry” at us. Big disappointment and waste of time. If you aren’t going to stay open until 10, update your hours.
