Food was what you would expect from DQ. They were out of a couple of the newer blizzards listed on the menu. Fries weren’t as fresh as yoy would expect. Burger and blizzard tasted great.

2nd time in recent memory that they have closed early with no warning. Dining room doors were locked at 8:42. Called and asked why their doors were locked. Response: “oh, sorry, we closed up 10 minutes ago because we were busy since it’s 10 min till close” literally makes no sense…. why do we post hours if we don’t follow them? My corporate would have my head if they found I did this at my place of business…

I love dairy queen food, this location though, staff doesn’t seem to put forth much effort, I know what it’s like, I really do, but I always put effort into my customer interactions and keeping my work area clean and stocked because that’s how you make your job easier to deal with. Lids rarely stocked, fountains usually out of half the product, and cashiers usually have a very low disposition

Waited over 25 minutes for food. It was disgusting. First and last time going to this location. Watched multiple people walk out because nobody would even acknowledge them to take their orders. They couldn’t get anything right. Lots of upset customers and very rude employees who refused to own up to their errors. Do yourself a favor and don’t go here.

I was just in the bathroom when a worker came in and was talking to herself about her job. And then proceeded to do her business and not wash her hands I came out and I looked right at her picking up frys with no gloves and putting them in a bag. DO NOT EAT HERE

Spent 30 minutes waiting on food at 3:30pm on a Thursday. They handed the order out to the drive through. Severely understaffed.

Waited about 10 minutes to take my order another 10 minutes to get my food. (They were not busy at all). They forget my friends order. Other people complained about uncooked food. Never going back.

I like this Dairy Queen, and the service is always excellent, no matter how busy the line gets (and this location can get busy). Sometimes the Blizzards are a little wetter around the edges than other locations, which I attribute to longer lines, but they’re still as thick as they should be and taste great, and the food is always fresh and hot.

When I arrived there was a car in the drive thru and a gentleman waiting in the lobby. I believe one of the employees said something along the lines of “We’ll be right with you”, but it was hard to understand what they said. There was at least 1 male employee and 2 female employees. The 2 women acted like they didn’t know how to do something so I figured they might be new and are in training, however once the male employee tried to talk them through it they took off for the back. Needless to say I waited the obligatory 5 minutes and decided to take my money elsewhere. After reading other reviews I’m not surprised with the events of my visit, nor am I disappointed with my decision to leave.
