Went in, and no one greeted us. Took about 5 minutes for them to say anything to us. The menu board apparently is wrong according to the person working, and they don’t sell some of the things that’s on the board. The only thing that was good about this visit was the ice crram.

This franchise is always busy, so I would expect a wait. No problem. We were told that our food would be delivered outside to us, so we tried to wait as patiently as possible with a hangry 5 year old. After 25 minutes, my husband went in to check on the status of our order, only to find it sitting on the counter (not the warmer, the counter). While waiting for service, he was able to enjoy an entertaining show of the cashier complaining about the kitchen staff while doing NOTHING to assist, as well as the manager yelling at the kitchen staff for doing things how they were supposed to. Yikes.

Slowest fast food restaurant ever. Then they also tell you to pull up and park. No big deal, but the food they bring out is still garbage and not fresh. CEOs and managers need to visit these locations rather than sit on their money thrones.

I had a longer wait than expected, which isn’t a big deal. I’m patient and I understand employee shortages, and all that kind of thing.however during my long wait I stood and watched the food being prepared and to my disappointment the young girl bagging the food at no point put on gloves and bounced around from taking cash and orders to bare handing people fries. All the staff cooking had gloves. I notified the manager of what I was seeing and she agreed. Yes, she should have on gloves but acknowledge that she didn’t.

Will not be going here again! Ordered 2 small reeces blizzards. Waited 30 minutes in the drive thru just to get the wrong blizzards. I don’t think the kids know how to read the tickets correctly at all. why give me the option to pick which flavor I want when I’m not going to get it anyways LOL.

Ordered 6 cheeseburgers and 4 fries. Was told they were cooking our burgers and to pull around front. 15 min later get our food only to have cold burgers and soggy cold fries. We do not recommend this restaurant.
