Food was very good and I was able to use my DQ app deal with no problem. Service was not the best. Employees would walk by the front and see that there was someone standing at the counter and just keep walking. My suggestion, at the very least, would be to say Someone will be right with you. The interior seemed to be clean. Blizzards are quite pricey these days.

Very short staffed and rude staff members. The young man at the register was trying, but stressed out over the staffing issues. Our order of Ice cream cones was messed up and we decided it was better to take what we didn’t order than to try having the staff make it right.

Ordered biscuits & gravy & 2 over medium eggs for breakfast on 7/10/23. When I got to my destination and opened my container to eat, the eggs whites weren’t done. If you don’t know how to do over medium eggs then don’t try, but don’t under cook the eggs and put it on top of the rest of the food. I just threw the slop away. Don’t think I’ll be back at this location, the inside has so many flies because they leave the drive thru window open, I asked about a fly swat or hanging some fly paper before.

Sat in the drive-thru line for 10-15 minutes before leaving. My order was one blizzard. Orders were taken every few minutes. Then we just sat. Multiple people left the line after ordering. I’m guessing they’re severely understaffed. But DQ has been around long enough you would think they know how to manage a line.

I was hungry after mowing the yard, so I decided to go to DQ. I had to wait a couple of minutes for someone to serve me, but it was easy to order once the employee came to the register. I ordered the 4 piece chicken strip basket, which comes with sausage gravy, buttered toast and fries, and a large drink. I went ahead and got my drink and sat down, and my food was brought to my table shortly thereafter. Strips were fresh and hot and the gravy was the perfect consistency for dipping. Toast was the perfect doneness. My only complaint was the fries must have been made earlier, because they were cold very quickly.

They want to argue with the customer when they get the order wrong and then they tell you we’ll bring it back in, I wouldn’t have to keep bringing it back in if you would get it right not 1,2,3 times. Ask for the owners number to try and take care of the problem and they hang up the phone they sell biscuits and Alfredo sauce instead of biscuits and SAUSAGE gravy. They need new cooks for the new store in Salem. Actually for all the trouble it’s not worth it. Rather go to McDonald’s across the street Karen Ball the owner apparently doesn’t care about the public where her customers come from.

The pest control for this place must be fantastic! I’m astonished that this place doesn’t have mice or roaches lingering in the dining room that does not contain a single clean table and the floor crunches when you walk on it. Disgusting!
