We went through the drive thru for blizzards since we haven’t had one in a long time. We ordered and they had us pull out and park. We waited a good 15-20 minutes and they finally brought out the blizzards and they looked terrible and about 2/3rds full. We had them take them back in and I went in for a refund. The lady at the register said we will give you your money back but you’re not getting the blizzards. NO KIDDING!!

Will NEVER come back! Most disguising fast food restaurant I have been to and there was so much trash on the floor. The girls were rude and extremely unprofessional. We watched the girl getting fries use her hand to put them in the fry box.

A twenty minute drive through experience. 22.00 for Chicken Strips & signature burger. Chicken strips were rubber, fries were soggy & cold. Gravy cup was 1/2 full & cold. Stick to ice cream.

I very rarely complain about restaurants but this one is consistently the worst fast food restaurant I have probably ever been to. The staff are always rude. every time you go through the drive-through you get parked no matter how many cars are waiting. It always takes about 15 to 20 minutes to stop there even for just a cheeseburger. I have went to this location knowing better, every time it’s disgusting but I’ll stop in every once in a while hoping just this once it’ll be good because Dairy Queen has good food selection and in french lick there arent many other options. There is not one time I have been to this location and the meat wasn’t ice cold and dry. The buns are hard as a rock. When I’m hungry I can eat almost anything except for the food from this restaurant!!!!!!They also never seem to have chocolate soft serve!! The managers if there are any should be embarrassed. The franchise should pull their franchise license or however that works lol
