My Dad and I visited the location in Newburgh Indiana to order ice cream. upon enteering the restaurant two employees were at the counter. Upon trying to order two blizzards all the employees were standing near the drive thru area talking. I asked if someone could please take our order and someone finally came to the counter to take our order. We simply ordered a small heath blizzard and a small pumpkin blizzard. When they were made the heath blizzard was correct and the other one was an oreo blizzard. I refused to take the oreo blizzard and when I notified them of their mistake they made it seem to be a pain in the backside to correct the order. We were in the restaurant for over 15 minutes just to order and get two small blizzards. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!!!!!

Did an online pick up my daughter went to pick it up there was no food ready the drinks it already melted the slushies and the ice cream because it was prepared but there was no food ready it was supposed to be ready at 12:38 it was after 1:00 p.m. and the food was not up to par I doubt that I’ll be ordering from there again unless it’s eating fresh in there but it was like nobody cared. I know everybody’s having trouble keeping employees nowadays but when you pay $40 $35 to eat lunch you expect it to be ready and to be hot and to be decent I won’t go back there

Word to the wise – The early bird does NOT get the worm at this DQ. Just went to pick up a cake and thought I’d grab lunch at the same time getting there right at about 11. Bad choice. The wait was ridiculous for the quality. The fries barely filled the cup and an used napkin was laying on top of them – not the mention, they taste like they were from yesterday; luke warm and limp. The burger is hot! But with the consistency of rubber. Open up my chicken strip basket and everything was looking great… until I took the lid of the gravy, which has the consistency of soup. This isn’t the first time I’ve gotten poor quality food, but it’s gonna be the last.

Absolutely worst service I’ve had. Girl at register closed out her register while I was standing waiting to order. Then she told manager get someone to run register. Manager told her to get back on register. She was mad got our order all wrong. Was a mess to get it straight. Manager was uncaring about anything. Won’t be going back there.

Ice cream was good. Service was terrible. We were told to pull up and wait on our ice cream. 15 minutes later still no ice cream. I had to go in to retrieve our ice cream that had been made and clearly forgotten. Need to get their act together.

(I will be reviewing the ice cream since I got a small box of fries and Choclate chip cookie dough ice cream) The mood of the place was always nice and the people there are just very relatable. I had a conversation while ordering and never really got uncomfortable. The only bad thing is I wish they still carried the smores ice cream so I’m giving the ice cream a 2 and the fries a 3 since they were crispy and didn’t have too much or too little salt.
