Charges for ketchup now. Wow. I understand charging for other sauces but this is absolutely ridiculous considering I spent $30 plus dollars on my order. Food is also going down hill at this location. Not sure if the management changed but we can definitely tell a decline in this location. They also need to teach the teenagers there customer service skills.

Ordered a Churro Cherry Dipped Cone in the drive-thru as stated on the menu. I was told they no longer have the churro cones, and they no longer have cherry dip. Although both items are on the menu. So, I changed to chocolate dip on regular cone. When I got to the window to pay, I inquired if they were temporarily out of those items. She said they no longer have the churro cones, and she was not sure about the cherry dip?? So who knows??? They may not have what is on the menu. Items they don’t have any longer should be marked off the menu. The chocolate dipped cone, how ever was good.

First time eating here, 6:00 pm, Thursday … my expectations weren’t high. But I was honestly beyond impressed. The service from the drive-thru to the window was flawless and friendly. The food was fast, hot and looked just like the picture. You have a well-oiled machine here. If the owner is reading this, I’d do everything in my power to hang on to the staff you have. In today’s apathetic, lazy and rude fast food atmosphere, you are a refreshing breath of fresh air. I’d pay double prices to guarantee I had that experience again every time.

Okay, I usually don’t like writing negative reviews unless it’s wal mart because that place is literally hell. But!!! we went to DQ today and not only was the wait in the drive through dang near 45 mins, but the food was cold and I didn’t even get all my order. I know I should have checked before I left but with four hungry kids in the car I just needed to get home. 41 dollars for not even all my cold food. Hopefully it was just an off day because yikes.

They close their dining room at 7pm on friday nights, they have a super slow drive through because they want to oay children the bare minimum and complain about a “labor shortage” also they asl for tips that dont go to the workers. If you work here call the labor union about thise tips please!

It was my first time at this location in years. It was less crowded than the store on Highway 41, and the service was MUCH faster. I am giving this location 5 stars, though, largely because of the great customer service. A short young lady with glasses acted as cashier and also brought my food, She was friendlier than anyone I have encountered behind a fast-food counter in a very long time.
