The worst yet. I stopped in on my way 2 work, and instantly regretted it. It was 97 degrees that day! I ordered a pretzel stick and a small fry. My pretzel stick was too hard to chew, and my fries were cool to the touch. I didn’t call or come back, because they always give me bad food. I’d love 2 hear from a DQ manager

I really liked it here. They had a very big and diverse menu and upgrades for every burger. And they give a lot of food. For example the cheese curds box was so full that some fell off onto my napkin. They might not be the cheapest restaurant but they give you a bang for your buck.

This is one of the worst DQs I’ve ever been to. We live close by, so we’ve been many time out of convenience. The food is often cold and stale, they barely put anything in the blizzards(even the royal blizzards) and don’t bother asking for sauces cuz they never put them in the bag. We have to ask for extra everything just to get a normal amount. And of course they charge us for the extra topping, sauce ect. and even still, after asking for extra, it won’t even be a normal amount. Example, can’t even count the amount of times I ordered an Oreo blizzard and got vanilla ice cream with a couple cookie crumbs on top.

I had not been back to this dairy Queen in a while. Probably since before covid. The service just got horrible there. However ,I don’t know where they found the group of young people working there now, but they are a hard-working group that works well together, and the service was excellent. Since this dairy Queen is very close to my home it’s much more convenient and as long as they’ve got this kind of staff I’ll probably go back.

I made an online order at 2pm while I was at work to be picked up at 430. It was my daughter’s 12 birthday so I wanted to be able to pick it up quickly. I went inside and stood there for 10 min waiting while watching only 2 or 3 employees were working. The other 4 were standing around moving slow meanwhile there is 7 customers inside and a few in drive-thru. I showed the lady my online order because she gave me my strawberry milkshake and said thank you. I had to show her I paid 65 bucks for 2 chicken strip baskets, a burger combo meal, and a 8 inch oreo ice cream cake. She had to find the receipt and get my food which had been sitting there forever. Mind u I placed the order at 2 for pickup at 430 so the way the fries were soggy and chicken was hard my burger was nasty and she had no idea about the ice cream cake. They didn’t have an 8 in so she looked in the cooler and found a 10 in that I had to pay the difference on that made Everyone’s stomach hurt after eating it so I think that cake was old. Like really old. Sorry for the long review but I just want to give people a heads up about ordering online early to pick up later. Not a good idea

I usually have no problem here but today, April 16, just before 5 pm I pulled up to the drive-thru and the guy took four minutes to acknowledge I was there, I ordered, he never said anything for a couple of minutes, then said that if that is all I can pull forward without telling me how much. Extremely rude. The girl who took my card was too busy talking to the other 5 workers who was just standing around talking in the kitchen about what they’re doing during the week and next weekend, who said this, and who said that, instead of working. The chicken strips and fries were cold and hard as a rock, the gravy was watered down, and they never gave the toast that goes with it. Which is probably a good thing since everything had to be thrown away. This whole crew needs a manager who’ll make them work instead of letting them stand around and pass out food that’ll break your teeth and make you sick.

The food was excellent except the cashier didn’t listen to what I ordered I wanted a salad instead of the French fries so they charged me for both but I thought you could substitute. I could be wrong and then all the dressing for the salads that me and my mother had gotten they didn’t put the dressing in there thank goodness we looked inside the bags before we pulled off, only thing I didn’t lok at was the food to notice I had fries and a salad when I didn’t want fries. Other than that they popcorn shrimp was very good and the salad was also good.

I travelled all the way from Greece to evansville with my partner, the first place we went was this dairy queen. The food and the drinks were divine, my blizzard was made from the heart, with compassion and love. My tastebuds aggressively tingled as the cold delicious ice cream met my lips. It was a truly exasperating experience. I want to give a shout out to one of the most exquisite, well-spoken, kind young men who goes by the name Isaiah. He truly cured my sleep deprivation and jet lag with his dedication and compassion that he pours into these masterpieces, also known as blizzards. Thank you, Isaiah, for opening my eyes to this beautiful world. I can see colour, in this black and white society once again. Thank you.
