We went through the drive thru and ordered three blizzards and one burger. Got to the window, paid, and got the three blizzards. Waited for about 7 minutes before they asked me to pull forward. We then waited for another 15 minutes before going in to check on the order. They said they were still working on the order. The car behind us was pulled and received their food within about 2 minutes of being pulled. We ended up having to leave without the food and no refund because we had somewhere to be and they don’t do refunds. Absolute worst Dairy Queen experience I’ve ever had.

Ordered a hamburger an French fries when I got the French fries they were cold. I asked the clerk to get new ones. The cook told the clerk that those were cold Also she said just redropped them and they redropped the cold ones back in the hot grease. I asked the clerk did you really tell him to drop the fries back into the grease and she said yes? We don’t have time to make new ones. I threw them away don’t recommend this place.

Stopped in after an appointment down south and decided to go in instead of waiting in the drive thru. My order was taken and I was given a receipt and stepped aside and then waited for almost 20 minutes. I watched as all of the drive thru cars kept moving and I watched as people that came inside got their order and left. As I stepped up to find out what was happening with my order I heard the girl who took my order tell the girls working thru the drive thru that they took her order twice all while laughing about it. I understand that accidents happen but it was her response once she did hand me my order that proves why fast food doesn’t need an hourly wage in the double digits !!!! She didn’t apologize, didn’t offer to compensate in any way. She just handed me the order and said to have a nice day. I hate leaving negative reviews but I’m not gonna sugar coat a bad experience. The food was good, the service was poor !!!

Very popular location. Disappointed to learn they no longer carry Orange Julius drinks. Drive-thru was super busy and parking lot was a little crowded. Inside was equally busy, so I opted to turn the car around and go through the drive-thru. Attendant was very efficient and crew seemed well acclimated to working as a team. I’d recommend to everyone. This was a very pleasant experience.

Waiting to drive through line for 15 minutes, pay for your food and get to the window and get your bags. Pull around to check your food realize you’re missing something, run inside and ask for it oh we don’t have it. That’s the information that you gave when someone order something and you don’t have it from the beginning and you don’t waste their time or their money
