NO CHOCOLATE at this location! Service was quick and mostly friendly, but I ordered a chocolate ice cream cone, and instead of telling me they didn’t have it, the employee just gave me vanilla and when I questioned it, shrugged and told me that’s all they ever have.

Food was not cooked all the way, and there was a hair in my chicken box. Service was awful and the workers were very rude. I wanted to give this place a shot at redemption after my previous visit, but this visit was worse. We waited 20 minutes for our order (chicken and a burger). The place was nasty, floor was super sticky, and no clean area to eat. We ended up throwing our food away because it wasn’t edible. Drive the 20 minutes to go to the Lafayette location, they are great there.

Sub par service, quality of ice cream and food. If you’re really wanting Dairy Queen, Drive the extra 7 minutes to the other one off of Old US 231, it’s significantly better and has a drive thru!! Staff can be hit or miss here. Either friendly or just awful, no eye contact and make you feel bad for being there.

This was the worst DQ experience I’ve ever had. Fries tasted fishy (old oil), all vegetables on burger were soggy. Pepsi was mostly syrup. Worker was yelling unintelligible food orders ready for pickup at customers who could not understand her words, then getting sassy when they were late to pick up their food. 4 chicken strips and a burger took 20 minutes to deliver. Chicken was not cooked all the way through (yes, even after 20 minutes waiting for food) Floor was sticky. Just plain terrible.

I ordered online and went in waiting for 10 minutes at the counter while only one person was there working walking back and forth, until she finally noticed me and bothered to ask what I would like. My online order wasn’t ready at all. When I got home, my chicken strips were solid/ hard to eat and chew, and only gave me 5 when I ordered a 6-piece; and my medium blizzard wasn’t even filled up enough for it to actually be a medium blizzard. I also had to grab my cup for my drink myself because they didn’t bother to give it to me.

I ordered the $7 daily special three chicken strips and fries and a caramel sundae, the guy working behind the counter said there was no ice in the building for drinks, I would say that he didn’t want to refill the ice machine and that was an easy out, the chicken strips tasted freezer burn they were hot but had a freezer burn taste to them made me ill to my stomach, also the french fries with shorted and not fresh at all, I’ve eaten here dozens of times and this is the first bad experience I’ve ever had here, I will not be back
