We have been to this location a lot since it opened. The grill has really good burgers, chicken and onion rings. We love the Blizzards and Hot fudge sundaes. In our last visit we were waited in by Laela and she was super friendly and attentive. The manager Brian was so friendly and nice too. Great location and we love how this store hire the young kids from the neighborhood. Support your local community and shop here!

My boyfriend and I have eaten at Dairy Queen a few times since they have opened and every time we were happy with the food and service. But what really set them over the top for me was I ordered a birthday cake with a Minnie Mouse design for a birthday a few hours before they closed and they had it ready for me the next day mid morning and it was beautiful! They cake was so delicious and was a hit for my nieces 3rd birthday! I appreciate the staff for being so kind while helping me chose what cake and design and I appreciate them getting everything done so quickly on such short notice! I will forever refer them to people for cakes and I will continue being a customer there!! Great job guys!!!

Me and my granddaughter Love the new Dairy Queen. For our special girls day she always chooses this Dairy Queen. She enjoys the cheese burger and onion rings and can’t forget the desert. I tried the fish sandwich which was delicious. Piping hot and crispy. Have visited this location several times since recently opening. It is my kid’s favorite treat. The ice cream has always been delicious, and the food has always been fresh. The birthday ice cream cake we bought was also tasty. The manager is friendly and went out of his way to provide great customer service.

We stopped by this DQ for the first time after work today. It was pretty busy, so the drive through was a bit slow. My wife’s Blizzard was kind of a mess. Chocolate ice cream on the outside. Nobody wants to be handed a messy cup. Hopefully they can be a bit more conscientious about what they’re handing people in the drive through. On the plus side, the Blizzard was great!

Aside from the fact that a few weeks ago I ordered door dash from them and only received the ice cream and not the meal, also no return calls to address this issue after leaving 2 messages….I love blizzards and they make them quite well. I try to patronize other locations although this one is within 2 miles of my home. Very disappointed in the management but am impressed with the staff, they go out of their way providing the customer service skills that their management lacks.

One of the few DQ Grill & Chills in SE Michigan. I was with a couple other people who wanted to grab lunch here and for a Saturday, it was not very busy inside and there were a few other people at tables. Most people were going through the drive-thru. The cashier was very nice and gave us extra time to look over the menu and decide what we wanted. We all got full meals which included either a sundae or cone. Our food was brought to our table quickly and was good. The dining area was clean. We completed the guest survey on our receipts and left with a free dilly bar.

Wow…. Terrible management! The manager was extremely overwhelmed and not equipped to handle a busy night. Can’t imagine how that mess will be in the warmer days to come plus holidays. Multiple workers standing around. They were all complaining on how much they hated the rush(that’s paying your paycheck) and the manager even said she “wanted to kill herself” I was appalled by their lack of professionalism especially while a customer is standing right there. There were very few employees working their hardest through the rush, with good work ethic and customer care.. maybe put those workers in a leadership role! I even overheard the manager talking to an employee about the boss saying “sorry it was a long day” and continued to complain about her job and her boss.
