Andy is a great young lady with a big beautiful smile and always is pleased to serve me and my family whenever we visit. Her and all the staff are very kind to my family and we’re very glad that this dairy queen opened in our area. We visit often and will return again in due time. My brother is 25 today and is very happy to receive his ice cream cake!

I gave it a 4 because the people are not friendly, Neither the older or younger staff are just matter of fact no common business friendliness. Food is quick and hot, no more pricey than any other fast food chain. But definitely quicker in getting hot food than others.

It’s just okay. The food quality is always hit and miss but never the same. Staff is mainly younger people which isn’t always a bad thing but you can tell they don’t wanna be there and the food quality reflects that. Ordered a banana split and the whipcream that I said I didn’t want but was still on there was basically the bottom of the can gotta get that last bit look. Hamburgers are microwaved way to long and kills all flavor and just tastes bad. When they had the old store manager the quality was way better and I enjoyed it more often. Now sadly McDonald’s had better quality food. If you want better dairy queen the one in Charlotte will be the one to check out.

I received a gift card for DQ from my school in Kalamazoo. I live in Marshall. While out and about I decided to use my gift card. I pulled into the drive and called in. I was in no mood to find out that they didn’t participate. Turns out they did. The person who answered the phone and the older lady who took my order were nice. My order came up but I had my back to the employee when she came around the counter. I think that she was still in training. I was out the door and realized looking at my receipt that I was missing an item. The whole experience with this employee was off and made me suspicious. She seemed to realize as I returned that the buster bar in her hand was mine. She hands it to me. I looked at it and asked for a top and eventually had to ask for a drink carrier. I hate when it seems to me to be obvious that I would need a top for the treat and a carrier for the additional drink. Smdh. This was my first visit. I live here in Marshall and I am not sure that I would make another visit, or recommend it to my friends. I wouldn’t want my recommendations to be flawed.

The taste of the food was less than expected. The BBQ strips were oversauced and tasted soapy, the fries were cold and unnecessarily salty, the Blizzard was lacking chunks. That side salad looked like something my 2 year old nephew could put together, it didn’t taste much better. The staff were not welcoming, and did the bare minimum. Like come on Marshall, it’s 2023, you should be more used to diversity by now. If you want ice cream, go to True North, and for fast food, Wendy’s is right next door! DQ you disappointed – will not return.

First time dining in, and couldn’t be happier. Greeted by a kind, friendly cashier who promptly took my order and answered all of my questions. Dining room was clean, restrooms were clean, and drink stations were clean. Food was delivered quickly and exactly what I asked for. 10 out of 10 I recommend.

Been buying hot dog’s from there for over a month @ 2 for $5. Last time they charged almost $3 ea. ! Still on the drive thru for 2 for $5 though. The girl didn’t want to make it right. They’ve lost our business, PERMANENTLY because of it… On top of half of them being rude, as well. I’ve heard same from at least 5 more customers who frequent DQ in Marshall.
