As a former employee of a fast food joint, I know how frustrating it is when people come to the restaurant late at night when closing is happening. Last night I just finished DoorDashing and was heading home, but decided I wanted DQ at the store in Indianola. I didn’t know the time is closed but I ended up being the last person in the drive thru, it closed after my order was taken. I paid for my food and told the young lady at the window I was sorry for coming at closing and didn’t know it closed at 9PM. She politely told me it’s all good and that it does close at 9PM. She gave me my food quickly but also was impressed cause the Fries were fresh and hot, Sundae was a tower of goodness, the Burger was hot and not flat like most places. She gave me good customer service, and whoever knows her from that store give her and the crew a pat on the back for their work! Thank you for the fresh food and you made me a happy Dasher, from working all day giving people food I was hungry myself and you gave me a good experience at that store!

Had to edit my review, today we came here and we got there in plenty of time to get the 5.00 meal special, but we sat in line so long while the worker chatted up the kids in front of us for so long that we were informed we were 3 minutes too late, then we ended up getting served the wrong sauce after repeatedly telling them we wanted Ranch, that’s not honey mustard people. There was hardly any fries. 1 bad experience just ruined my opinion.

Worst experience I’ve had at Dairy Queen here in town. Food order wasn’t complete got half a container of gravy. My sons blizzard was melted. The lady went to flip it and it said out of the cup and the next one she brought out did the same and dripped everywhere before we even got it. Not to mention the girl taking the order was not a happy camper at all. I will never go back there again.

The service was fantastic The young man was super helpful and the young girl was very kind. They were both great with my kids and patient with us being chaotic and undecided. The food was meh (none of us finished our meals), but the ice cream was on point. We’ll stick to ice cream at this DQ.
