Always a pleasure to go to this Dairy Queen. The customer service is superior. The food is fantastic. We often comment how the sandwiches we order sometimes look better than the display pictures. The head cook during our visits, has an exceptional talent, and a passion that shows. Many times the owners are engaged, and working with the staff. The result is a skilled staff, who takes great pride in this business. Thank you for the great food, the great customer service, and always making us feel welcome.

Food was good although I really wanted some dipping sauce for my curds I was not going to pay .75cents for a ranch. Almost everywhere you go will give you a sauce for cheese curds . Sad their was no marinara but I got over it. Please allow a sauce with curds.

I don’t know if they were just having a hard time tonight or what happened, but I’m very disappointed. After spending $40+ on food via a mobile order, I went in to pick up the food and asked for sauce and didn’t bring my debit card in with me so I was not able to get sauce. Over $40 and you can’t get a couple of dipping sauces? Fine, I could let that go. Until I got home and one of the orders of french fries was missing. I live a half hour away so going back is not an option. People must love this place since there aren’t a lot of choices around. I don’t get it, but I won’t be back. We spend a lot of money there per month. Glad to be putting that money back in my pocket – BYE!

I just went to this Dairy Queen for the first time tonight. I went through the drive through and it didn’t take that long. The guy at the window was very nice and kinda cute. He passed the vibe check. But unfortunately I didn’t get a blizzard so I didn’t get to see him try the upside down trick. I’m definitely gonna go back and order another banana split the next time I’m in Iowa Falls.

Stopped in on a busy weekend and had such great service even though the sign said on the door they were short staffed. The silver haired woman who is probably the manager treated us with such great customer service. So refreshing. She deserves to take the credit. Thank you!
