My sister and I went to this place it sucks we really didn’t have lunch. The food was gross didn’t taste good and they over charge me for my backyard ranch burger and never asked me if I wanted a double or triple and didn’t even ask if I want fries or not they gave me onion rings instead where really gross. It’s smelled like sewage. It was dirty. The portion sizes were not standard DQ sizes…much smaller. When I said so, they added more ice cream to the cone then weighed it to show me it was 5.5 ozs. When I pointed out it was only close to normal after they added ice cream, they continued to argue. They argued with me that I was ordering a sundae when I was not ordering a sundae. The oil was likely rancid. The fries were very old, horrible tasting and completely limp and oil soaked. And not a single teenager as staff to be seen anywhere. All adults.

It smells really bad in there, ice machine doesn’t work even though he said he “fixed it.” They were also out of lids. One nice girl there, but that was it! I wouldn’t recommend. I’m actually surprised this location hasn’t been closed down yet.

I went drive through 7:08 got my food at 7:29. Went for the fries as i was pulling away not barely luke warm actually cool in temperature cold fries suck. The double cheeseburger tasted good but also cold patties how dare you charge almost $12.00 for this porly prepared meal and definitely not filling at all. I’m still hungry. Ill never eat here again. I used a coupon so I only spent. $4.24. And that’s definitely all it was worth. I would have been angry if I spent the 11.97. I’m just very disappointed and wont be coming back.

Visited Dairy Queen on Wednesday evening to celebrate the end of school year. Facility was fairly busy, but wait time allowed us to view menu to make decision on icecream treat. Seating very limited with outside patio seating wet after recent rain. Treats delivered timely and all made according to order. There was a steady stream of customers while we were there which made for a noisy atmosphere and cramped quarters. Plan to order and eat elsewhere for a more enjoyable experience.

My daughter and I drove to Dunham’s in Brookfield( 35 to 45 minutes from our house) since west bend isn’t open yet. But she wanted dairy queen I figured instead of driving to Menomonee falls or waiting till we get to Kewaskum. On the way home I figured we just go to the one in Brookfield since we were there. The guy that run us up was nice but he wrong our food or wrong I don’t know if he’s trying to save us money or whatever but he rung it all wrong he wrong her three-piece chicken shed basket as a meal which we didn’t want fries. We just wanted the chicken strips and ice cream so then they said oh the girls that were there said oh vanilla crunches from like we don’t want vanilla with crunches we just want medium vanilla cone.the girls gave us a small vanilla cone. So he rung up a small Sundae. And then I wanted whipped cream on my hot fudge shake because he asked and they didn’t put it on there.
