It’s a franchise soft serve DQ where we stopped to buy ice cream for grand kids. Was 1 person we could see taking care of counter and drive up so was slow. Its inside a gas station so easy in/out with adequate parking. DQ is pretty much always underwhelming but we like the blizzard products with soft serve VS competitors custard.

There has not been one time where I’ve been to this Dairy Queen and there has not been hair in my ice cream. Disgusting. To top that, the costumer service can use some improvement. I understand that places can get busy, but on a Thursday night and you and one other person are the only people in the drive thru??? Come on. They had me sitting outside the window for about 8 minutes until they even took my money.

I purchased a custom Birthday cake online. It is supposed to feed 10-12, and have a custom message “Happy Birthday, Dave!” I paid $37 and some change. The cake was lopsided, graphics were off, and not the whole message I wanted.

I came to DQ specifically for DQ ice cream sandwiches. The young lady was very nice that waited on me. She apologized for being out if the sandwiches but offered a Dilly Bar or Buster Bar instead. I bought one of each.

I live here in Muskego, but I was working in Steven’s Point and placed my order there in Steven’s Point on line, the order accidentally went to Muskego, I then canceled the order BUT the payment went through to Muskego, I called Muskego right away to get the refund BUT was told that I had to talk to the manager or owner. I’ve been trying to get in touch with them for 4 months and I keep getting the run around. Will not ever go back to this crooked company again, STAY AWAY FROM THERE.

I got a half order of fries, this isn’t honey barbecue and waited 30 minutes for it…the absolute worst service imaginable……thanks for ripping me off ♂️…30 minutes and still couldn’t get it even close to correct, or on time, or with good service….go here to get ripped off.
