It was a hot day never been to this location always went to Burlington but figured burgers an ice cream let’s try Waterford for the first time with wife and daughter. Walked In and windows were dirty floor was sticky and smelt like old oil smell when you walked in. We were standing there waiting to get our order in but there were teens in the back by drive through window and one particular dropping f bombs.. A girl came to take our order which she was nice and polite. She brought our food to us but the fries were at best nuke warm not hot. The tenders were nuke warm not hot. The burgers were very good. We also noticed alot of benches had crumbs and finger oil smears. Also the picture frame right in front of the door at bench table had oiled finger markings everywhere. The women’s restroom was dirty as well.. Not sure who is running this place but management needs to step up their game. This all comes down on management. If a customer can come in and see this why isn’t management?

I’ve sent an email today via this location’s website about issues with this location. I became ill 20 minutes after eating chicken strips and onion rings. I should have passed when I saw how unkempt the tables were or when I saw 4 flies buzzing around the register. Others have mentioned in other reviews about “old (cooking) oil”. Perhaps that is what happened in my case. Either way, ownership needs to get a handle on cleanliness and, perhaps, food safety.

Walked in her to get dilly bars Noticed All the windows and everything was smudged up. The place is dirty. I understand the high school kids worked here but this place looks really dirty clean it up please Teach these kids how to do the job correctly or fire them and pay someone a little more!!

Walked in yesterday to get some food and maybe a frozen treat. Started looking around and quickly realized the inside was filthy. All glass surfaces had finger prints, hand prints and smudges. Doors and handles were visibly dirty. Took a look around a walked out. Understandable that it’s usually high school kids working there but basic cleaning seems to not be a part of their daily tasks. Its going to be a long time before returning.

What is the point of offering mobile order through the app if your order is going to be wrong and you have to wait 20 minutes at the window for your food and ice cream? There’s too many children working in this joint for it to take that long.

Stopped for a late lunch. Fish sandwich was EXCELLENT and I’m very fussy. Cheese curds were white cheddar and done to perfection. Burger & fries great too. Clean.
