Waited 45 minutes for a cheeseburger… when I pulled into the drive thru there were 3 cars in front of me… 45 minutes… I am patient and I know the world has been turned upside down since Covid… but 45 minutes for a cheeseburger… when this location was sold, whoever owns it now, must not care about customer service, or even trying to hire capable people. I’m sorry this location has deteriorated immensely since Larry and Shelly sold it. Shouldn’t even have the Dairy Queen franchise… embarrassing that this represents the corporate company. Will NEVER be back.

We usually like visiting Dairy Queen, they have good ice cream and I like watching to see what blizzard they’re featuring for the month. Today was different. We ordered a combo meal with a drink and there were gnats flying around the soda dispenser. More flooded out when soda dispensed. The gnats followed us to our table. Our cheese curds were a congealed melted lump. We ordered ice cream for the kids after the food and the employee who took our order was clearly having a bad day and we were an inconvenience. Several times he sighed loudly and took his hat off, shaking his head. He misunderstood the order and when I corrected him, he stood and stared at his screen and I wondered why I was trying to work to give business to an establishment that didn’t want it. The dipped cone we got was wrapped in a napkin that had also been dipped so the bottom half of the cone had napkin fused to it and couldn’t be eaten without also eating the napkin. Dairy Queen, it’s been great but in the future we’ll pay a little more at Culver’s for a clean, welcoming environment, which really should be an industry standard.

Place was in need of cleaning. Flies and bugs were unbearable. The person working the counter barely spoke 3 words and only rang up a couple of requested items. Milk for the kid’s meal was warm. Person working in the kitchen didn’t wear gloves and handled food after touching his mouth. Product received were disposed of immediately.

Went there today with my son. Went inside to order for carryout. Wait about 8 minutes for our order to be taken. Order off their “2 for $4” menu and was quickly informed that they no longer had that menu (even though it was still lit on their menu board). Changed our order and paid. Our hot food and drinks were handed to us but they forgot our blizzards. The cashier asked “what did you order again”, so I told her, even though it was on my receipt. She brought the blizzards out to the picnic tables outside and they were wrong. The opposite flavors were in the small and medium that we ordered. We did not make them change it, bit did let her know we would not be back anytime soon. Burgers were mediocre.
