Beware! The health department needs to visit here. One worker walked in smoking a cigarette. Where it went when she got inside i couldn’t see because she went over by the drive thru window with it. One woman picked up a utensil off the floor and set it on the counter by the ice cream machine. Another wiped her nose and face with her hand and proceeded to make cones and food for people without washing/sanitizing or putting on gloves. The place was filthy and stunk. We walked out. Go to another location or up the road to culvers where its cleaner with higher standards.

I realized they were busy at the time I went but the person taking the orders and at the drive through shouldn’t be working that area. Not very polite and kind of rude. This us the first time this has happened. Will try again and hope it is better.

This place is a popular favorite. They are always busy but they are always extremely nice. I was very happy when I went in to find I was the first person in line. I got an ice cream cone and sat down inside to eat. There were very few people in the establishment which makes for an overall better experience. But that didn’t last for long. The employees are always on the go. From taking orders to making meals for customers. The prices are a little high but for such a popular place it’s understandable. I highly recommend going to this location if not for the food then definitely for the ice cream.

Went on 4th of July at 8:45. Apparently they closed at 8 but the employees took my order in the drive thru speaker, then the manager blamed me for moving his closed sign that was in the drive thru (which i did not) and told me he would check the cameras. The closed sign was pushed off to the side when i came through. Then they refused to take my coupon and gave me my money back and slammed the window in my face and turned off the lights. If you closed at 8 (early) fine but don’t take my order and don’t accuse me of moving your sign. Oh, they also helped the car in front of me no problem so you really didn’t close at 8??

I like DQ burgers. The dining room needs to be cleaned out. They store items in it that should be in the back. Still will go back. 2/9/23 The dining room is getting better. Just need to finish removing the clutter. The cheesecake blizzard I had today was out standing!!!!
