Usual DQ treats. More expensive than your local DQ because your in the Dells and will pay more. Customer service was ok for how busy it was. Have patience here during the season, wait times will be longer.

Not a lot of consistency when visiting the drive-thru, sometimes the automated greeting will say the restaurant is closed but then someone will be on to take the order. Restaurant was of chocolate ice cream for a few days last week. Last time I visited the open signs were on but the restaurant was closed, good ice cream, just really hit or miss.

They somehow ran out of warm gravy, their ranch was salad dressing in a pouch. The toast with the chicken strip basket was barely buttered and not cut – just thrown in the box. The diet Pepsi is flat. The fries are over cooked and the staff was not very friendly. The best part about my experience was the slightly overdone cheese curds. Absolutely would not recommend.

6 employees staring at the order display, two people actually moving. The place is mostly empty yet wait times of up to 45 minutes. It was so hilariously slow I was the third person to start complaining since I was waiting. At least us, a bunch of strangers, got to bond over how long we we’re waiting. The smoothie was good, once I got it.

Not impressed at all. Had bad service once before. Gave them a chance to fix it thinking it was just a fluke, came back again and my order was wrong again. Even told the driver thru worker 3 times what we wanted and had them read it back still didn’t get it right, said he fixed it, came to paying and nope still wrong order. Ridiculous

who ever owns this franchise has to figure it out or corporate has to figure it out. every time i go there it happens that there is a problem once we went to the drive thru its was probably 6 or 7 at night they were not doing food there so we went to the Barboo location were we always get a good experience, this closed half the time and is only open during the summer. once we were there they kept telling us they were out of stuff at this point we just go to Barboo highly recommend Barboo location for food and the window thing in downtown for ice cream

Peak season and you close the kitchen at 6pm? Your staff decided not to blend any of the 4 Blizzards we ordered, so halfway through it was only icecream remaining. Very disappointing and unprofessional.

Ordered our food and when I got to the table it wasn’t right. When I took it back to the counter the girls were nice, however, one of the cooks in the back glared at me through the racks and she actually hissed at me. Made me real happy to eat my food there. Extremely rude and uncalled for behavior from the cook!!!
