One of the few times I’ve been disappointed. My food was lukewarm and the blizzard was melting. The window person was very nice (she is not the reason for the low service marking). The car in front of me added more when she got to the window so of course my blizzard was already made and so was my food. Rather than having the car pull ahead and take her stuff out when it was ready she was allowed to wait at the window. Resulting in my items being not so good.

I love Dairy Queen, been going for years, but my last Peanut Buster Parfait was terrible. It didn’t even taste like ice cream. It reminded me of whipped topping. I don’t know what it was about…did they change the recipe? Spin air into the ice cream to save money? IDK, and I don’t know if it was a one off thing because I don’t want to go back and order whatever that was posing as ice cream and waste my money. If it’s a new recipe…just DON’T do it please!!!

Went here during valentines, we ordered food and blizzards, when she handed me my blizzard she did not flip it upside down, I called her out on it, the manager said I get a free one next time I visit. I asked for a coupon receipt to give next time and she said I don’t need it, she wrote my name down in the book. Now today, 4/8/23 we went back, I told the girl at the drive thru about the free blizzard and gave her my name to look it up. If you had a big truck or a vehicle with a trailer they couldn’t go through drive-thru then you can go inside other than that you couldn’t just walk in you had to use drive-thru. Luckily I had a big truck.
