The “hot fudge sundae” was not very full of fudge. Chicken strips were small with pretty rough presentation. The female worker that was there did not acknowledge us and was in a bad mood and did not try to hide it. I will keep coming here because it is close, but if there were other options available I would choose them over DQ.

Good luck getting anything as the store is closed alot during posted normal business hours. After my fourth time of going out of my way to get some ice cream only to find the store closed during normal business hous. I decided to call and complain and ask for a free blizzard for the waste of my time and gass the shift manager tells me nope nothing we can do. I suggest going a little further to either New Richmond or Osceola. This branch does not seem to care about there customers.

I don’t know what’s happened. Tonight we ordered three 3-piece chicken tender meals for almost $40. That is insane!! And the boxes came with NO toast and little fries. It’s very disappointing since this is one of Somerset’s only fast food places. Do better, please.

Well 2 years ago I left a 1 star for this Somerset DQ (and I should have left one years earlier) and I can say it’s still 1 star. Nothing has changed over the time. I have gave this place more then 1 chance to see if it ever gets better. Everytime I have come through they always (and I mean always) forget something and I have to pull back around or I find out later on. This time is just sad I went through drive thru got a flamethrower with no Tomato & no bacon and some extras. I get home and open the sandwich box and find this halfass put together thing with the sauce on the side of the box and no top Bun . I mean seriously?? I have worked in the fast food industry when I was younger and it always amazes me how this location is sooo bad at what they do. It’s not that hard… been there done that. I can’t be the only person this happens to here and I’m not disappointed at the employees, I’m disappointed at the Managers not holding anyone accountable so this isn’t a problem anymore and lack of training I assume.

People complain too much about this Dairy Queen. They expect it to be like McDonald’s where your food comes out 20 seconds after you order it. It isn’t like that, Dairy Queen makes their food fresh off the fryer. So expect a wait. Another thing that people don’t understand that it isn’t the workers or managers fault if they are slowing down due to a rush. It is your problem that you come when half the town is there so don’t complain if you wait 10 minutes for your food. They do a great job for the amount of workers there in the morning and I fell really bad that they have to deal with complainers and customers that can’t wait more that 5 minutes for their food. The place is nice and clean and the food is quite good. It isn’t for everyone but it isn’t bad. Workers are nice and look like they are having fun, which is a good thing. You can see that they are trying their best when it comes to a rush but there isn’t anything they can do when a lot of people are there I only mark down to 4 stars because the bathrooms can be cleaner, but it’s hard when everything else has to be cleaned constantly. You guys are doing great somerset Dairy Queen crew!
