4 cars ahead of me. Placed my order of just two blizzards. Waited about 15 mins to get to the window. Blizzards were like soup. Melted and more a shake than a blizzard. They made them right away and they sat there just waiting….and melting….waiting….and melting. Not to mention when I opened the lid I got ice cream all over my pants.

Would not recommend at all!!! The manager Tashana refused to upgrade the Sundays that went with the $7chicken strip baskets to blizzards(as advertised), all because the kids didn’t know at the time of ordering what they wanted Sundays or blizzards. All of the Dairy Queens near us are able to do this as long as you have not left the building they just ring the upcharge. When I asked her why she couldn’t just ring the equivalent up charge, six dollars plus tax, she started becoming very rude and said that she couldn’t do that and in a condecending manner replied “thats not how it works”. Tashana then proceeded to question the cashier that had rung us out in a very belittling manner, using phrases like” you’ve been here long enough”, “I can’t belive”, and “did you do this why didn’t you ask?” When I interrupted Tashana and told her to stop berating her employee and that Brianna had been very helpful. Tashana then asked what berating was. I did look at her aghast and asked her if she was serious that she didn’t know what berating meant, I was kinda Kareny when I responded get a dictionary and look it up. It was at this point we left.

Ordered 2 blizzards and had to wait 10 minutes for them to be done. Then worker put them on a back counter instead of giving them to me where they sat for 10 minutes before they were given to me. The blizzards were all melted. Don’t come here!

Had to wait an extra 30 min for our app order… was not even started until everyone in the restaurant and drive thru were gone even though we had a pick up time scheduled. Would have been faster to use the drive thru than the app.

Ordered 2 shrimp baskets late in the evening. one basket looked as it should except the fryers where definitely old as the where not hot not tasty as the usually are. The 2nd baskets look as if the jus tossed in a few fries and a small handful of shrimp. This was by far the worst experience here. Total waist of money for what we where served thru drive tru
