I probably would not come back. Drive-thru shut down when I was there (probably due to short staffing, but it didn’t seem like they were short staffed inside), they were out of ranch and napkins, they didn’t give me a cup for my drink and I thought they might give it to me when I got my food but that didn’t happen so I had to ask for the cup after my food came out, my chicken strips were very small — they should be calling them chicken nuggets. If it was a busy dinner time rush I would understand all of these things, but there was only one other customer in there with me.

My wife and I stopped on Saturday June 10th. Placed our order for a small blizzard and Peanut Butter Parfait. Sat down to wait for our order. Restaurant was dirty. Waited 30+ minutes. Went back to the counter to ask about our order. Neither person at the counter could explain why it was taking so long. Couldn’t seem to find our order or the order of a couple of other customers. I asked for my money back. Both young men looked at each other like I asked them to solve cold fusion. Didn’t know how to make a refund. They didn’t have a phone number for a manager for me to contact on Monday. We just left (for the last time ever at a Dairy Queen). I feel bad for other Dairy Queen owners with places like this ruining the brand.

The store ( Mormon Coulee Rd la crosse WI) was FILTHY. Where the floor looked ok( not clean, but just ok) there were mop marks of grime on the baseboards. Under the tables and in the corners were caked with dirt, obviously left there by the mop.

At 2:30 on Mormon Coulee the same person took my money and then made the blizzard. Extra help when there is a special would be a good idea. I ordered a small blizzard which is $ 3.69 but she charged me $ 4.69. So I paid the dollar to CMN, not DQ.

Went to buy lunch for myself and my 2 year old son before going to the museum. Only to find out we have been eating moldy good. I’m completely discusted and upset that the two mangers present failed to train their staff and keep their food fresh and clean. When I returned to the store they had nothing but excuses. This excuse came from the store Manger as well as the district Manger who happen to be there the same day. They offered me another sandwich, seriously like I was going to risk eating your food again given the off chance you would also spit in it. They was not helpful at all and food was very very bad and a health risk. Eat at your own risk.

Food was thown in a box, pacs of ketchup also thrown in the box on top of the food. One of tge cheese curds looked as though a bite was taken out of it. The ketchup pacs were also sticky from honey. You could hear the staff in the kitchen complaining about the situation throughout the lobby.

Was having a really nice day with my girlfriend today and we decided to end the day with some nice DQ treats and the way the man at the drive thru acted was totally dampening to our good day. Right off the bat the first thing he said was “what do you want” with an impatient tone and after everything I said he would say “is there anything else” with an exasperated and impatient tone. We actually ended up leaving without finishing our order because it was so ridiculous. He also called me ma’am and I am a man with a higher pitch voice due to genetics. Totally inappropriate. You should be teaching your employees not to use gendered language over the drive through when you can’t even see who you’re talking to!!! We went to culvers for ice cream instead. They’re really sweet over there and they actually act like they’re happy you’re there. Will never attempt to come here again. Booo!!

I saw something pretty awesome there today. The was a fella struggling to get around and the woman at the register went above and way beyond to help him with what he needed and make him feel comfortable. She was awesome and had the world’s most genuine smile. The whole experience made my entire day.

The last few times they have forgotten or messed up our order. Very disappointed. This location has definitely gone down hill the past few months. Quality of food and ice cream has gone down. The place wasn’t busy but yet the resturant could used a good cleaning. Employees on their phone then making food, not changing gloves or washing their hands… I can only imagine what else touches their phones.

Just started going here a few weeks ago. I’m done with it. The guy who’s the manager is always rude. As soon as you pull up to the speaker he’s rude or if you go inside you get a mean look. They can’t scan the barcode that’s on the DQ app so I can get more points for orders. Emailing the company to help resolve ur issues or to get points from ur receipts gets you no where. They’ll tell you can’t get points cause you ordered from a third party. They can’t scan the apps barcode to get you points if you order in store. Summiting online you have to give all ur info including ur home address and phone number and info from the receipt which they might not of given you. It’s been constant issues and problems. After the guy being rude to me for no reason that’s the last draw. Im not going back. Not worth it to deal with these constant issues, negativity and problems. Part of the problem is this is a company that probably doesn’t treat or pay their workers what they deserve for sacrificing their time and life and I don’t get the sense DQ cares about the customers either. I’ll go elsewhere that doesn’t cause me so many problems. Like Culver’s perhaps. The workers are always happy there because they have a good environment and really good pay. Never had a bad experience there. I’m not going to continue going to a place that’s constantly blasting me with negativity and bad energy more then it does good just so I can enjoy something I know is not good for health. Not worth it.
