What can I say? Blizzards, Dilly bars, etc. No matter what you get for a cool treat, it’s always a win. For hot eats, I highly recommend one of their burgers or a chicken strip basket with gravy.

I have always loved this Dairy Queen, but a few days ago I decided it was time to leave a review to tell you all why. One of the many instances of customer satisfaction. I went through the drivethru just to get a $5 giftcard for a blizzard for someone’s birthday because I didn’t want the ice cream to melt. After I told them what I wanted, I went to the window, only to be informed that the computer wasn’t working to put money on gift cards at the time. They gave very sincere apologies, and had a free ice cream cone already ready at the window to give me something for my troubles!! They also gave me the instructions to get the giftcard online. Superior has sky high prices on a blizzards and all treats in their menu. West Duluth DQ is $2 cheaper for all sizes of blizzards and less for all treats on the menu.

I drove through to get chocolate shakes for my niece & nephew & a malt & cheese curds for me. The order taker at the mic was so friendly & ebullient, I felt very welcomed & valued. When paying & receiving my order, she was equally upbeat, attentive & appreciative! I was thrilled that DQ in Superior had such a stellar employee & I bet they do a great business when she’s on shift! (It was March 4, 2023 about 1pm.)
