Came for the ice cream treats, which was good. But the service needs to be addressed. I ordered a large vanilla cone, 3 blizzards, and was in the middle of ordering 12 dilly bars , when an employee came out and tried to hand me my vanilla cone . It would be considered fast service if that’s all I was ordering. But my ordered wasn’t completely taken by the cashier . I hadn’t even paid for my order. The blizzards weren’t made and my 12 Dilly’s weren’t picked. But my ice cream cone was there on the counter, and it was melting. That should have been the last item on my order to be made.

I have not been here for literally a decade and decided to stop in and try their new Puppy Chow Blizzard. After a surprisingly a short drive-through a wait; I got it and it was actually really good! Maybe a little too chocolaty – I’d like a more peanut butter taste/flavor. They did that weird thing at the drive-through where they flip it upside down which I thought was odd. Didn’t know it was a requirement but okay, kewl.

I TRIED ordering here in the drive thru. After 10 minutes someone finally took my order. After driving up to the window another 10 minutes went by and nobody ever came to the window. I ended up just driving off. The employees don’t care at all.

They consistently serve me melted blizzards. Last time, the girl eefused to do the flip thing with my blizzard. Got home, i live 1 mile away. My ice cream was mostly soup.

My husband, grandson and I used the drive thru and ordered 3 blizzards. My grandson kept changing what he wanted and how he wanted it. I felt sorry for the employee but he showed total patience. I like this dairy queen anyway, but this made it all the better experience. I didn’t rate the atmosphere since we used the drive thru.
